Where do I find my Miyaw eSIM QR code?

Your Miyaw eSIM QR code is in two places: the confirmation email sent right after purchase, and your Miyaw account dashboard under your order. From the dashboard you can open the QR code on screen to scan with another device, or view the activation details to install on the same phone. Keep the QR code — you may need it to reinstall on the same device.
In your email
Right after you buy, Miyaw emails your order with the eSIM QR code and activation details. Scan it with the phone that will use the eSIM — or, if you're reading on that phone, use the manual activation details to install directly.
In your dashboard
Sign in to your Miyaw account and open the order. Your QR code and activation details are saved there, so you don't have to keep the email. The dashboard is also where you find all your orders and plans in one place.
Keep it for reinstalls
If you ever delete the eSIM from your phone, you can reinstall it from the same QR code as long as the plan is still active. It can't be moved to a different phone, so don't share it — and if the original QR won't reinstall, email hello@miyaw.io instead of buying a new plan.
eSIM setup & troubleshooting
- Can I install from the same phone I am reading on?
- Yes. Use the manual activation details from your dashboard or email, or show the QR code on another screen and scan it from your iPhone settings.
- Can I move the QR code to another phone?
- Usually no. Most eSIM QR codes are tied to one installation or one device. If you need to move a plan, contact hello@miyaw.io before deleting anything.
