These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of eSIM data plans from Miyaw eSIM. By using the site or buying a plan you agree to these terms.
The service
We sell prepaid eSIM data plans for travel. An eSIM is a digital SIM that provides mobile data in the destinations shown on each plan. Connectivity is delivered through our connectivity provider and local mobile networks; we are a reseller of that connectivity.
Device compatibility
You need an unlocked, eSIM-compatible device. It is your responsibility to confirm your device supports eSIM before buying — our Devices page explains how to check. We cannot refund plans bought for an incompatible or carrier-locked device.
Orders and pricing
Prices are shown on the site in US dollars and include our retail margin. Prices can change, but the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Plan data allowances, validity and any fair-use limits are shown on each plan.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you authorise the payment for the plan you select.
Delivery and activation
After payment you receive your eSIM (a QR code) by email. Install it before you travel while you have internet. Most plans start counting when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination; always check the validity terms shown on the plan.
Right to cancel and refunds
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right to cancel under distance-selling rules. However, an eSIM is digital content supplied immediately: by buying and starting to download or use it, you ask us to supply it at once and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the eSIM has been delivered.
If an eSIM has not been delivered or used, or if there is a genuine technical fault on our side, contact us and we will consider a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, resell it without our permission, or use it in a way that abuses the network. Some plans apply a fair-use policy (shown on the plan); speeds may be reduced after the stated allowance.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep information accurate, but coverage and speeds depend on local mobile networks and are not guaranteed. The website and service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any plan is limited to the amount you paid for that plan.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
