Miyaw eSIM wants everyone to be able to find a plan, understand it and buy it — whatever device or assistive technology you use. This statement explains the standard we build to, what we have done so far, the known limitations, and how to tell us about a problem.
The standard we aim for
We build this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA — the level referenced by the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the EN 301 549 standard. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-off project, and we improve the site as we add features.
What we have done
- Server-rendered, semantic HTML — headings, landmarks, lists, and real buttons and links — so pages work with screen readers and keyboards.
- Full keyboard access with a visible focus style, and a “skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- The correct language and reading direction for each language we offer, including right-to-left for Arabic.
- Interactive controls sized to meet the WCAG 2.2 minimum target size, so they are easy to tap or click.
- Body text that meets the AA colour-contrast ratio against its background.
- Respect for your “reduce motion” system setting — animations and transitions are neutralised when you ask for less motion.
- A cookie banner that never hides content from you or from search engines, with “Accept” and “Reject” equally easy to choose.
What we are still working on
- Text alternatives for every meaningful image and captions for video as we add more media.
- An independent accessibility audit and screen-reader testing.
Known limitations
We are honest about where we are: the site has not yet been independently audited, and some areas — for example the third-party payment step, or our newest pages — may not yet meet every WCAG 2.2 AA criterion. We treat any barrier you report as a priority.

Conformance status
Based on our own testing, this website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA: most of the standard is met and we are working on the remaining points. We will update this statement as that work progresses.
